Furnace Installation and Repair

A furnace is an enclosed structure that produces heat. The heat is used to warm the air that is distributed through the ducts in your home. A thermostat is used to control the temperature of your home. When you set your thermostat at a desired temperature level and the room gets too cold, a sensor will send a signal to a switch that activates the burner on the furnace. When your room heats up and reaches its desired temperature, the switch will then turn off. This process will repeat itself each time the temperature drops below your desired level. Household furnaces use many different fuel sources to produce heat. The different fuel type/furnaces are:

  • Natural Gas Furnaces
  • Electric Furnaces
  • Oil Furnaces
  • Propane Furnaces

If you are currently thinking about installing a new furnace in your home, it is important to know that choosing the right size furnace is very critical. A furnace that is too big for your home will waste money and energy. And a furnace that is too small will not be able to efficiently heat your home at a level that is comfortable for you and your family.
